Serving as the gut’s primary interface with the external environment, the skin can be indicative of gut health, and keeping your gut healthy and your bowel movements regular can help to keep your skin healthy as well. Healing your gut involves dietary changes, eliminating possible aggravating factors, and incorporating a whole-food anti-inflammatory diet.
