Dr. Lana Butner (ND, LAc)

Dr. Lana Butner is a Board-Certified Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc) with a decade of experience integrating Eastern and Western modalities to help women uncover the root causes of their seemingly unrelated symptoms. Dr. Lana is passionate about treating hormonal and gastrointestinal conditions and recognizing the intricate relationship between these two bodily systems.

Over the years, Dr. Lana has developed a specialty in PCOS, one of the most common hormonal conditions affecting women, where conventional treatments often fall short in reducing symptoms. Hormonal dysregulation comes in a variety of shapes, sizes, and symptoms, and understanding the interconnectedness of hormones in relation to stress, weight management, bloat and acne is essential in starting your wellness journey. Dr. Lana’s goal in working with her patients is always to educate them as to the WHY of their symptoms, as well as to promote self-advocacy and empowerment within the medical system. 

Laura Winges (CNP, Holistic Health Coach)

Laura Winges is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (Holistic Health Coach) specializing in gut health and hormones. Her studies at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition led to significant improvements in her own digestive well-being and hormonal balance. This transformation changed her perspective on food and resolved issues such as irregular cycles, bloating, and low energy. These personal changes fueled her passion for helping other women achieve similar success, particularly in managing PCOS symptoms naturally.

Laura uses her expertise in functional testing (DUTCH Hormone and GI Map Stool testing), nutritional therapy, targeted supplementation, and lifestyle adjustments to correct hormonal imbalances and enhance her clients’ quality of life. Her goal is to guide you toward lasting health and well-being through detailed education, positive encouragement, and dedicated support.
