Meghan Lizotte

MS Integrative Nutrition & Herbal Medicine

Meghan Lizotte (MS) is an Integrative Nutrition Coach with a Masters Degree in Integrative Nutrition and Herbal Medicine from the Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH). Meghan attended the University of Florida for her undergraduate degree, where she studied Political Science with the intention of pursuing a career as a lawyer.

After struggling with her own health issues during college including severe hormonal imbalances + GI issues, Meghan decided to pivot her career plan and take her health into her own hands. Meghan dove deep into learning all-things related to functional medicine, holistic nutrition, and utilizing root-cause protocols to not only alleviate symptoms but to find the source of the problem and prevent recurrence naturally.

Meghan has many passions when it comes to health and wellness, but her main areas of focus include female hormone balancing, fitness + weight management, and amenorrhea. Meghan is dedicated to digging deeper with her clients in order to address all possible contributors to their symptoms, including but not limited to: diet, exercise routine, nervous system dysregulation, relationships, nutritional deficiencies, environmental toxins, sleep, and pathogens / overgrowths / infections.

Outside of work, Meghan’s hobbies include cooking + recipe development, testing out new workout classes and growing stronger in the gym, and spending time in nature. Meghan is also a huge foodie and loves discovering new restaurants and finding ways to make all her favorite foods (Indian food, cheeseburgers, and pizza!) in healthier ways at home!
